For 20 years, the APAC Permanency Conference has served as Alabama’s premier adoption and child welfare training conference, bringing together professionals and caregivers committed to permanency, healing, and lifelong family connections. This milestone year features nationally recognized keynote speaker Jamole Callahan, foster care alum and systems-change leader, presenting “Rooted in Belonging.” His keynote reframes permanency as a lifelong promise sustained through relationships, culture, and community accountability.
