APAC offers support groups that meet throughout the state, providing education and social interaction for adoptive parents and their children. Lee County's AFG meets every 3rd Thursday of the month. All participants must RSVP at least one week in advance, please contact Charnita Ponder at cponder@childrensaid.org.
This is a private meeting, a Zoom invitation will be sent to interested participants on our email distribution list the first week of each month. Statewide participation is available for any family currently completing a home study, families who have already finalized adoptions, and beyond!
